Visiting Policy – Prime Care Home

Visiting Hours
Visits are allowed from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM to maintain residents’ comfort, rest, and daily care routines.
Family Rules
All visitors must respect the dignity, privacy, and safety of residents and follow the care home’s rules and staff instructions at all times.
Garden Visits
Families may enjoy quality time with residents in the garden area, provided safety guidelines are observed and other residents’ privacy is respected.
Privacy Arrangements
Visits must be conducted in a manner that protects the privacy of all residents, avoiding disturbance to others and ensuring a calm and respectful environment.
