All residents, families, visitors, and staff are required to read, understand, and comply with all Policies and Guidelines of Prime Care Home. These policies are in place to ensure safety, dignity, professionalism, and the highest standard of care for everyone.

At Prime Care Home, Policies and Guidelines mean our official standards and the way we carry them out in daily care. They show families, residents, and authorities that our home operates safely, ethically, and professionally.
