The owner of Prime Care Home has many years of experience working in the United Kingdom as a Senior Carer, where care homes and home care services follow strict standards of dignity, safety, professionalism, and person-centered care. Through this experience, the owner witnessed how high-quality, compassionate care can greatly improve the quality of life of elderly individuals and provide peace of mind to families. Inspired by this, Prime Care Home was created to apply UK care standards in a Philippine setting, promote dignity, respect, and independence for every senior, provide structured, well-trained, and compassionate caregiving, and offer a higher level of non-medical elderly care that goes beyond basic assistance. Prime Care Home combines British caregiving discipline and professionalism with Filipino warmth, compassion, and family-oriented values. Maryjane Frambo is a serial entrepreneur, Certified Health Carer, and an experienced care professional with a strong background in the UK healthcare system. She has worked with the NHS in the United Kingdom, where she gained extensive hands-on experience in high-standard elderly care, patient safety, and person-centered support.
With many years of professional experience in health and social care, Maryjane founded Prime Care Home Calinan to bring international-level care standards to the Philippines. Her vision is to provide compassionate, dignified, and high-quality assisted living services inspired by UK best practices, combining professionalism with genuine Filipino warmth.
As a Founder, she leads Prime Care Home with a commitment to excellence, safety, and personalized care, ensuring that every resident receives the respect, comfort, and attention they deserve.

A British citizen, he is actively involved in multiple sectors in the United Kingdom, serving as Director in Sales and Marketing, Construction, and Import Companies. His diverse professional background strengthens Prime Care Home’s corporate governance, financial stability, and global standards of operation.
With extensive experience in business development and international trade, he plays a vital role in building sustainable partnerships, overseeing brand growth, and ensuring long-term expansion opportunities for the care home. His commitment goes beyond business, as he is also deeply engaged in philanthropy, supporting initiatives that promote community welfare, elderly care, and social responsibility.
