• Abuse includes physical, emotional, verbal, sexual, and financial harm.

• Neglect includes failure to provide proper care, attention, hygiene, nutrition, or supervision.

• Exploitation includes misuse of a resident’s money, property, or personal rights.

• Prime Care Home operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

• All staff are trained to recognize and report safeguarding concerns immediately.

• Any suspicion or report of harm will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.

• Confidential reporting procedures are in place to protect residents and whistleblowers.

• Appropriate authorities and families will be informed when required by law.

• Residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.
