Care Services & Medication Assistance – Prime Care Home

​

  • Prime Care Home provides non-medical assisted living services focused on comfort, dignity, and daily support. Our care services include personal hygiene assistance, bathing, feeding support, mobility assistance, companionship, supervision, and help with daily activities to ensure residents live safely and comfortably.

  • Medication assistance is strictly supportive and non-medical. All medications must be:

  • Prescribed by a licensed doctor

  • Supplied by the resident’s family

  • Our trained carers only assist residents in taking their medications according to the doctor’s instructions, correct dosage, and schedule. We do not prescribe, change, or supply medicines.

  • On-call doctors and nurses are available for consultation and emergency situations, but all medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

 

This policy ensures that residents receive safe, respectful, and properly managed care while maintaining clear boundaries between medical and non-medical responsibilities.
