It is designed for new family visits, pre-admission viewing, and for residents who may wish to upgrade or change rooms. This tour helps families see our facilities, understand our environment, and feel confident about the comfort, safety, and quality of care we provide.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Prime Care Home All appointments must be booked in advance and will be confirmed by our team. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly inform Prime Care Home immediately so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate other families. Your cooperation helps us provide organized, timely, and quality service to everyone.
