Inquiry & Assessment Booking allows families to schedule a consultation with Prime Care Home to discuss their loved one’s needs, ask questions, and understand our services. It also includes the New Resident Application, where families can submit basic personal and care information to begin the admission process. This helps us assess the level of non-medical care required, recommend suitable options, and prepare a personalized care plan in a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Prime Care Home All appointments must be booked in advance and will be confirmed by our team. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly inform Prime Care Home immediately so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate other families. Your cooperation helps us provide organized, timely, and quality service to everyone.
