It also allows open communication with the care team to share observations, ask questions, and work together on solutions. This ensures that the resident receives consistent, compassionate, and personalized non-medical care while giving families peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Prime Care Home All appointments must be booked in advance and will be confirmed by our team. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly inform Prime Care Home immediately so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate other families. Your cooperation helps us provide organized, timely, and quality service to everyone.
